Membership (NFT cards)
CosmiX DAO membership is represented by NFT cards on the Polygon network. Purchases and transfers happen via third-party platforms (e.g. OpenSea) with their own terms. Card ownership is verified solely by the blockchain; membership benefits may evolve over time based on community decisions.
CosmiX Predict
The CosmiX Predict application is a separate service with its own terms of use — see predict.cosmixdao.xyz/terms.
Content and warranties
Site content is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or currency of information, and we are not liable for damages arising from its use. CosmiX DAO logos, names and content are the project’s intellectual property.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time — the version published on this page with its update date always applies. The site is operated by a private individual residing in Austria, so these terms are governed by European Union law and Austrian law. Once a DAO legal entity is established, operation will pass to that entity and the jurisdiction may change according to its seat — any change will be announced by updating these terms.
